EXCAVATION & SITE WORK

NEW CONSTRUCTION SITE PREPARATION ~ COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL: We will clear the lot, dig the cellar hole for your foundation, install drainage, backfill, install your complete septic system, excavate and construct roads and driveways and complete with pavement. Mathewson Companies will coordinate with blasters and well drillers and other subcontractors as necessary.

EXISTING SITE WORK NEEDS ~ COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL: We will install your new lawn or increase the size of your current one. Land clearing, stump removal and grinding can be contracted separately at will. We can prep the site for your new swimming pool, tennis or basketball court or addition to your house or garage.

Commercial clients may need to have a parking area rebuilt or expanded, or prepare for growth with an addition.

DEMOLITION: Mathewson Companies will demolish and remove existing structures. Property owners may buy because the location is ideal but the buildings are not. We can tear down the existing structures, remove the resulting debris and prepare the site for a new building or turn it into a beautiful field or lawn.
