To prevent back ups, we recommend installing effluent filters. These filters should be cleaned once a year by a certified septic pumper or installer. We can set you up on our Automatic Annual Filter Cleaning Program so you don't have to worry about it. Just give a call or email us at info@mathewsoncos.com.
We recommend that older board baffles be replaced with newer plastic t-baffles that do not deteriorate as quickly, shown below:
