MATHEWSON COMPANIES NAMES GLENN STAHL AS EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR FOR 2010
Hancock, NH, December 10, 2010 --
At the
company holiday party, Mathewson Companies presented its annual Employee
of the Year award to Glenn Stahl of Hancock.
The employee of the year award is driven by nominations from all employees based on criteria of good work ethics and relations with customers and fellow employees. Glenn is Vice President in charge of the Paving and Asphalt Maintenance divisions. He has been with Mathewson Co. 17 years.
The recipient of the award and their spouse receive an all expense paid week-long vacation in a Mexican resort in the Yucatan. Phil Mathewson created this award seven years ago in an effort to recognize not only the dedication of the employee, but also the support of their spouse or significant other.
Other recipients of the award have been Charlie Johnson in 2003, Brian Wesolowski in 2004, Joyce Desaulniers in 2005, Jonathan Charlonne in 2006, Dennis Wells in 2007, Mark Luopa in 2008 and David Small in 2009.
