SEAL COATING

Having your driveway or parking lot paved is financial investment, which is why you want it to last a long time. To increase the life of your investment, a machine-applied coat of asphalt sealer over your new pavement can help you do just that. Applying sealer with a machine helps to get an even coat over the entire area. Additionally, the sealer that we use mixed with Silica sand creates a coating that will protect your driveway for three to five years.

Mother Nature and traffic can be hard on your asphalt driveway. Our rubber-fortified asphalt emulsion seal coating can help extend the life of your investment in your asphalt driveway in many ways:

• Prevents oxidation - The emulsion shields against the drying action of the sun; its asphalt base prevents raveling, cracking and deterioration.

• Resists gas and oil - Only asphalt sealers protect asphalt from the destructive softening effects of oil and solvents. These sealers resist gasoline, oils, acids, jet fuels and deicers.

• Weatherproofs - The asphalt institute states: "...the accumulation of moisture in pavement structures is probably the greatest cause of pavement distress". Asphalt sealers prevent water seepage into the porous asphalt structure, stopping weather damage.

• Beautifies pavement - The emulsion has a consistent slate black color to restore that clean, rich, brand-new appearance to all asphalt surfaces.

• Low maintenance - Asphalt sealers fill surface voids, leaving a smooth and even-textured surface which is easy to keep clean and maintain.

• Economical - Asphalt, a petroleum product, has tripled in cost. For pennies per square foot, a good sealer can protect your investment and prevent costly repairs.
